Is Perfection A Realistic Goal When Practicing Functional Medicine?

In this episode we discuss the idea of perfection.  As healthcare providers, we are held to a high standard which can sometimes feel like perfection.  In functional medicine, we gain all of these wonderful insights into how to care for ourselves and our patients optimally, but is perfection a realistic goal?  Is it in our own or our patients' best interest for us to seem to live perfect, happy lives or practice what we preach "perfectly"?

Hosted by Brigitte Sager, NP, a functional medicine nurse practitioner, nurse coach, and an RN and NP FM educator.
